Businesses/innovators are eligible for grant awards up to $42,000 per year for technology development and business counseling that will be completed within six-months or no later than September 30, 2013.

Please submit your proposal to innovation@wichita.edu by 11:50 p.m. on December 5, 2012.
1.) Proposal maximum length is seven pages
- Cover page
- Applicant(s)
- Point of contact, name, phone number and email
- Anticipated team members
- Project title
- Brief description of project
- Funding request - Six page narrative must include a budget with budget justification
- Use one-inch margins, 12-pt times new roman font, and single-spaced text.
2.) Send a pdf file of the complete proposal to innovation@wichita.edu by December 5, 2012.
Projects will be evaluated by the CIEE Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) using the scoring rubric provided.
If project advances to the semi-final round, innovator will be required to make a 10-minute presentation on Friday afternoon, December 14, 2012. Please save the date on your calendars;
semi-finalist will be notified in the afternoon on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
The results of competitive process will be communicated on January 9, 2013.
