To determine if you are eligible for entrance into the Transition to Teaching Alternative Certification Program we require a completed application, copies of all transcripts from all institutions from which you have earned college credit, and a current resume.The application form must be completed in its entirety. The transcripts can be unofficial, but we require transcripts for all college coursework.
Steps to Apply
1. Submit Application and Resume
2. Interview with the T2T Director
3. Submit Transcripts
4. Once transcripts are reviewed you will be contacted to schedule an advisement appointment
New program cohort starts each June. Applicants are encouraged to apply early. No applicants will be considered for the current cohort after May 31.

When you've completed the application, print it and mail to the address below. There is no option to submit the form online. (NOTE: If your browser or system doesn't support fillable forms, simply print the document and complete by hand.)
