College of Education Technology Center

students using smartboard

Molly Reiga and Barbara McCulley learn to use SMART Board technology

The COEd Technology Center is a gathering place for College of Education students, faculty, and staff. Students can research a topic for a paper, search for information about teaching positions and school districts, fill out an online teaching internship application, meet with other students to work on a project, print a paper, learn how to use a SmartBoard, collaborate with a peer via video conferencing, check out a video camera and more. Faculty and staff can visit or contact the Tech Center to reserve equipment, get advice on how to use college-owned equipment, or get help with troubleshooting any technology-related problem. Mobile equipment, including several laptop carts, is maintained in the Tech Center and available for use in other COEd classrooms.
