Making a Reservation

Special rates for conference attendees and exhibitors have been arranged with the Hilton Garden Inn, Manhattan, KS and the Fairfield Inn located directly across the courtyard from the Hilton.  Single and double room rates are $107.00 + tax. The Hilton room block is currently sold out for April 25th and 26th.  To make a reservation at the Fairfield please call them directly at 785-539-2400 and let them know you are with the Governor's Public Health Conference to receive the discounted rate.

Reservations must be received by March 25, 2017.

Check In/Out

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive before 3:00 p.m. the hotel will accommodate as rooms become available. Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Smoking/Non Smoking Rooms

All sleeping rooms are non-smoking.

Internet Access

There is complimentary high-speed internet access in all guest rooms.


There is no charge for parking.
