Cooperative Education and Work-Based Learning

Cooperative Education and Work-Based Learning is dedicated to assisting students in their preparation for career success by providing opportunities to connect with employers and faculty while integrating theory and practice beyond the classroom.

Cooperative Education is an academic program that allows students to connect academic knowledge with the business world. Co-op expands learning experiences through paid employment in a supervised, educational work setting related to the student's major field of study or career focus.

Internships are paid and unpaid positions related to students' major. Internships can be held for a semester or summer. The length of time commitment is pre-defined by the employer.
