Financial Support

The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders has several financial aid opportunities available for undergraduate and graduate students in our program through scholarships, fellowships, and graduate research/teaching assistantships. Specific details about each award are located on the application form.

Note: Applications will be accepted from recently admitted graduate students until April 15, 2015. This application may be submitted before or with your acceptance of an offer of admission.

Loans, grants, scholarships, federal work-study, and other financial aid resources for your college education.

College of Health Professions
CSD students will be considered for most awards based on their departmental application (above). Separate application forms required for WSU general scholarships, CHP continuing student scholarships, and other CHP-related scholarship opportunities are located on their website.

Graduate School
Fellowships, grants, awards, and travel scholarships for students who present the results of their research at professional meetings and conferences. CSD students are considered for graduate assistantships based on their departmental application (above).

Student Government Association
Funds available for students traveling to conferences to present research or advance their knowledge in a way that benefits the student and WSU.
