How to register as a Recognized Student Organization at Wichita State University


1.       Obtain an Club Manager ( Online RSO Management System ) login & password
2.      Complete the online registration
3.      Provide an electronic copy of your constitution online through the management system. Constitutions should be  reviewed and updated every two years.
4.      Sign-up for an RSO Orientation. (RSO Orientation Reservation Form) The President must attend one of the four orientation sessions offered. If they do not, the must attend the Shocker Leadership Forum on October 31st. If they do not attend either options, the organization WILL NOT be considered a Recognized Student Organization.

5.      RSO full benefits apply to groups registered by September 30th.

• August 20th RSO Registration Opens for the 2009-2010 academic year
• September 30th RSO Registration Closes
• October 12th RSO Registration Reopens
• Last Day of Classes in May RSO Registrations Closes for the 2009-2010 academic year
