1. Go to the web-page at https://wichita.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceCatalog?CategoryID=5739
2. Click on the service which pertains to your technology issue and click on Submit a Ticket on the right side of the web-page.
3. Log into the ticketing system with your myWSU username [WSU_ID AT wichita DOT edu] and your myWSU password.
4. Fill out the required form fields within request which pertain to the issue and click on Request at bottom of web-form.
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address and the following confirmation web-page will be displayed:
6. Once the ticket has been received, we will attempt to resolve your technology issue in a timely manner.
