>>ESC Hires New Director
Matthew Cecil, a media historian with a strong professional communication background, has been selected as the next director of the Elliott School of Communication at Wichita State University.
Cecil, an associate professor in the South Dakota State University Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, will begin work at Wichita State June 30.

ESC students headed out again this summer to cover the Symphony in the Flint Hills. Students get in depth, hands on experience covering a story using various multimedia techniques. Check out the blog and be sure to like the project on Facebook.
