Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience of the chosen applicant.
The ultimate success of this center of excellence will depend a great deal upon this leader’s ability to build collaborations of trust within the elements of the University, other academic institutions, industrial partners, national research laboratories, government agencies, and the community. Equally important to its success is the development of educational programs within the College of Engineering that achieve national respect and prominence. This will be the source of the necessary pool of exceptionally talented and creative graduate students to support the large number of basic and applied research programs.
