National Advisory Council
The National Advisory Council (NAC) shall consist of up to 150 individuals who are dedicated to promoting the interests of Wichita State University and the WSU Foundation, and who encourage others to join them as supporters of the university.
The board of directors are selected from the council and shall consist of not less than 15, nor more than 25 members, two of whom shall be at-large members from states other than Kansas. The board is vested with full control of all of the assets, affairs and business of the corporation.
