 Frances Ervin has earned a Bachelor of Science in Social
 Work from Wichita State University and a Master degree in
 Clinical Family Therapy from Friends University. She is
 currently working towards a doctorate in Educational
 Leadership.
  
Frances has over fifteen years of higher education and TRIO experience; also ten years experience in community mobilization. She is responsible for the administration of all aspects of the EOC program. Frances serves as the budget officer, supervisor of staff and volunteer personnel, and community relations. She served for three years on the National EOC Executive Board of Directors. Currently, Frances serves as a liaison between the program and Wichita State University as well as serving on select community advisory committees.

 Ratna Sudarijanto has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and
 a Master's in Counseling with a focus on career counseling -
 both from Wichita State University.
Ratna has over seven years of experience working with Wichita State TRIO programs. Currently, she serves as Program Site Manager/Retention Coordinator for the EOC and is located at the Wichita State Eugene M. Hughes Metropolitan Complex. Ratna oversees daily operation of the EOC program office, provides oversight for student assistants, and coordinates recruitment efforts. She coordinates the EOC Orientation Plus sessions. She also serves on university committees as assigned.

Darlene Witherspoon has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice - both from Wichita State University. Darlene has 14 years experience in social services specializing in working with low income families. Darlene serves as the program’s liaison to DCF and is also responsible for outreach efforts to local community agencies and organizations. She coordinates the EOC Ambassadors, a cadre of alumni volunteers.

 Parth Amin is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer  Engineering at Wichita State University. He has served on the
 staff of the EOC program for 2 years.

As a program assistant, Parth provides direct support to program managers, assists with new applicants, assists with college application and FAFSA submissions, provides technical assistance to adults using the EOC Academic Achievement Center/Lab, and serves as the program’s webmaster.

 Maneesh Daduvai has a Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical      Engineering from Jawarharlal Nehru Technological University
 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and
 Manufacturing Engineering at Wichita State University.
As a program assistant, Maneesh provides direct support to program managers, assists with new applicants to the program, provides technical assistance to adults using the EOC Academic Achievement Center/Lab, and serves as the program’s Facebook webmaster.
