Eligibility 

Services are provided (at no charge) to all participants accepted by the TRIO Educational Opportunity Centers Program.

All participants must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Be at least 19 years of age or older
  • Reside in the City of Wichita, Sedgwick County or Butler County
  • Have not earned a Bachelor's degree

Priority provided to individuals who:

  • Have limited income
  • Have parents who have not yet earned a Bachelor's degree

Displaced workers, underemployed workers, veterans, women, ethnic minorities and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply to the program.
