Fraternity and Sorority Life is excited to announce the Greek Life Living Learning Community (LLC) in WSU's brand new residence facility, Shocker Hall. Incoming Freshman who have already joined an organization, will be participating in Formal Recruitment or who have an interest in joining an organization, are encouraged to select "Fraternity and Sorority" on the Housing Application.
Members of this LLC will be invited to participate in a variety of Greek Philanthropy and programming events, build unity among the Greek community and participate in a project developing actively-caring behaviors and relationships.
Some of the Fraternities and Sororities also offer housing options for their members. It is not a requirement for new members to live in a chapter facility. If a Freshman is interested in living in a Fraternity house, they must receive an exemption from Housing and Residence Life prior to completing a WSU housing contract.
Greek members who are Sophomores and up also have the opportunity to live together in Fairmount Towers. Those interested in participating must notify Housing and Residence Life of their desire to live on the "Greek Floor" in Fairmount.
Organizations who offer housing for their members are: Alpha Phi Sorority, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, Delta Upsilon Fraternity, Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
