Student Account Information Release
In compliance with the provisions of the Buckley Amendment, Housing and Residence Life cannot release information contained in education records pertaining to a student’s account, without specific written consent from the student. This release authorizes Housing and Residence Life to discuss the student's account only with the individuals listed below. Any changes must be received in writing before inquiries from other persons will be answered.

Fairmount residents must select a Traditional Meal Plan. Fairmount residents who do not choose a traditional meal plan will have their meal plan defaulted to a 19-Max plan with $100 Shocker Dollars.
