2013-2014 ACADEMIC YEAR ROOM AND BOARD APPLICATION/CONTRACT
Application/Contract Process: Upon admission to the University, students may apply/contract for housing. Priority for all campus housing is primarily established by academic classification (freshman, sophomore, junior, etc.) and the date the completed application/contract and payment are received. Wichita State University makes every effort to accommodate housing requests. However, due to space limitation, completion of a housing application/contract and receipt of payment does not guarantee a room assignment.
Please fill out the form as completely and accurately as possible. In order for your housing application/contract to be considered complete, you must also submit a $275 payment to the Office of Housing and Residence Life. You can make your payment online (click here), hand deliver it to the Office of Housing and Residence Life or mail it to the address below.

Freshmen Residency Requirement: Full-time students who have fewer than 30 college semester hours are required to live on campus for one academic year (two semesters) or for one semester and two summer terms. Exceptions are made for students 21 years of age or older, married students and those students who live with parents or legal guardians and commute. Students who believe they qualify for an exemption must submit a Freshman Exemption Form along with proof of eligibility to Housing and Residence Life.
