Goal:
Promote the personal growth and retention of our residents by providing leadership opportunities, programs and staff involvement.

Utilize creative marketing efforts to increase the number of new and returning residents to Housing and Residence Life.

Goal:
Utilize creative marketing efforts to increase the on-campus and community awareness of the programs, facilities and services offered by Housing and Residence Life.

Goal:
Utilize staff training and development opportunities to continually enhance and improve the service provided to our customers.

Utilize departmental assessment, which includes an internal program review in order to promote better services for our residents.

Identify additional sources of revenue to benefit our students and reduce their room and board costs.
