Semester room and board payments for Fairmount Towers and Brennan Hall
are due in full before University registration and no later than the day before classes begin.
Payment must be made even if financial assistance is not available at the time payment is
due. Students who receive financial assistance must apply the money they receive toward
tuition and fees first and then to room and board.

A double room is a room with a roommate and up to 2 suitemates (no more than 4 people sharing a bathroom).
A single room is a room with no roommate and up to 2 suitemates (no more than 3 people sharing a bathroom).
A large room is a bit larger (see floor plans) than the standard room for the building.
