Performance Management Process Training

The new State evaluation system originally announced last fall is now effective October 1st 2009. This new system Performance Management Process (PMP) evaluates all Classified employees annually between October 1 and December 31. Some of the changes include five rating codes instead of three, mid-year reviews and new categories for evaluation.

If you supervise a classified employee, training classes are now available. All classified employees regardless of hire date now have a new PMP evaluation due by December 31, 2009. Please call Joan at 978-6151 or email joan.antes@wichita.edu to sign up for a training class.

Training will be held in the Media Resources Center Wireless Learning Room and is available as follows:
