In 2017, Human Resources (HR) announced an update in the area of benefits administration. The Total Rewards team was designed to effectively serve current Wichita State University employees with general questions and concerns related to topics such as Benefits (i.e. health insurance, retirement, tuition assistance, etc.), Compensation (i.e. position descriptions and salary structures), and Leave (i.e. workers compensation, Family Medical Leave (FMLA), etc.).
