Employee Relations 

Human Resources is committed to providing employees and students of Wichita State University excellence in service. Employee Relations ensures workplace issues are handled effectively and expediently in order to remove barriers to successful job performance and foster a positive work environment. We provide guidance and consultation as a neutral party to supervisors and employees regarding conflict in the workplace, investigating and resolving complaints, applying and interpreting employment laws and university policies, managing performance and behavior, and maintaining positive relationships with our employee organizations.
