Free Consulting Services – Starting a New Business

You want to start a new business. Where should you begin?

We helped over 300 entrepreneurs start new businesses during the past five years, and we will be glad to work with you. These are the steps.

1st Step
Your first step is to attend our free, two hour workshop: “Meeting the 3 Ms: Learning the Basics of Marketing, Management and Money.”

The presenter will talk about how to obtain necessary licenses and permits, how to write a business plan, how to finance your business and other basics that anyone starting any kind of business needs to know. You will also receive a start up kit full of useful information. The workshop presenter will explain how to schedule an individual appointment to meet with a consultant.

We offer this workshop three or four times each month so that you will be able to get in quickly. See our workshop schedule for more details.

2nd Step
Prior to meeting with a consultant, you will complete and return our Initial Assessment Form along with a recent credit report and score. The information in these documents will provide us with details that will help us assist you more effectively. The workshop presenter will discuss these documents, but you can start now if you prefer.

• Complete our Initial Assessment Form. The information you provide will help us determine your best next step, so please be detailed. This form should only take you 10-15 minutes to complete.

• Order your free credit report at https://www.annualcreditreport.com or by calling 1-877-322-8228. Please purchase your FICO credit score for a nominal fee when you request your free annual credit report.

• Submit your Initial Assessment Form and credit report and score after the “Meeting the 3 Ms” workshop.

3rd Step
After you attend the “Meeting the 3 Ms” workshop and submit your Initial Assessment Form and credit report and score, one of our staff will contact you to provide you with individual assistance.
