LAS SCHOLARSHIP PROCESS

The Fairmount College of Liberal Arts and Sciences is proud to provide over $450,000 in scholarships and fellowships to our students each academic year.  Outlined below is the general LAS application process.  For more specific application deadlines visit the application page.

*NOTE: The process outlined below applies to awards for the 2012-2013 Academic Year (AY).  The deadline to submit an application for the current 2011-2012 AY has passed.

1. STUDENTS SUBMIT APPLICATIONS (Nov. 1st - Feb. 1st)

  • Download the application-MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.
  • The one application covers all LAS scholarships and fellowships.
  • Letter(s) of recommendation information.

4. SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS RELEASED (August and January)

  • Scholarships are applied towards student tuition and fees at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters (unless otherwise specified).
  • Recipients must meet minimum enrollment requirements by the enrollment deadlines each semester.  See Important Dates for more information.
