Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP)

What is the MSEP?

The Midwest Student Exchange Program was established by the Midwestern Higher Education Commission to increase interstate educational opportunities for students in its member states. The program enables residents of Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Indiana and Wisconsin to enroll in designated institutions at a reduced tuition rate. Students can participate in MSEP if they are majoring in one of these areas:

• Exercise Science
• Aerospace Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Manufacturing Engineering
• Music--Instrumental or Vocal
• Pre K-12-Music Education-Special
• Criminal Justice
• Communication
• English--Creative Writing
• Forensic Science
• Geology
• Women's Studies
• Medical Technology
