The program enables residents of Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin to enroll in designated majors at a reduced tuition rate. Please note that some undergraduate majors have pre-major freshman-sophomore programs prior to admission to the acutal major. These non-degree-bound pre-majors are not eligible for the MSEP tuition reduction. An academic advisor can help you select an eligible major for the first two years of study prior to admission to your desired program.
