New Faculty

Fall 2011

It is with great excitement that I introduce these 28 new faculty members to the WSU community. This cohort is the largest and most diverse group of faculty to join WSU in many decades and, collectively, they represent the lifeblood of our University. Their areas of expertise range from bio-engineering, finance and chemistry to graphic design, saxophone and poetry. Their personal interests and hobbies are equally as varied, and we are exceedingly fortunate to have hired such a talented and diverse group of scholars and artists to join the WSU faculty.

I invite you to get to know these individuals and to learn a little bit about their professional and personal backgrounds. And, if the opportunity presents itself, please welcome them into our community.
