Eligibility

To determine if you are eligible for the program, please answer the following questions:

• Are you a degree-bound student?
• Are you a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident?
• Did both your mom and dad NOT graduate from a 4 year college?
• Are you receiving services from Disability Support Services?

If you answered yes to at least 3 items, you may be eligible for services. Please ask for an Application and Self Assessment Packet from the SSS receptionist and bring the following to this office (309 Grace Wilkie)

1. Your most recent transcript (You can get a free transcript by contacting your WSU Advisor)
2. Your and/or your parents' most recent Federal Income Tax IRS form 1040
