Meet our Peer Financial Coaches

Peer Financial Coaches

Gretchen Holthaus Gretchen Holthaus is the Head of the Office for Student Money Management, as well as a Certified Personal Financial Counselor. She presents on-campus personal finance workshops, develops training and continuing education programming for certified peer financial coaches, oversees one-on-one financial coaching sessions, and works to develop campus and community partnerships in efforts to support college success through financial literacy. Gretchen began working in the field of financial literacy in 2011, helping to launch the free online resource, MyCollegeMoneyPlan.org, for students, parents and educators.
Jordan Haas Jordan Haas is a senior majoring in Economics and Political Science in the Honors College. He is involved in the Barton International Group, Student Government Association, Student Ambassador Society and Greek Life. In his free time, Jordan loves to read books, play sports and hang out with his friends. He plans to attend law school in the fall.
Amanda Johnson Amanda Johnson is a sophomore majoring in Finance and Economics. Apart from being a Peer Financial Coach, Amanda is highly involved on campus through Barton International Group, Student Ambassador Society and Greek Life. When she is not on campus, she enjoys traveling and trying new eateries. She looks forward to serving the Wichita State community through the Office for Student Money Management.
Elena Rosenkrance Elena Rosenkrance is a junior in accounting at the Barton School of Business. She mentors students from various ages and backgrounds to continue with their education and help them understand their finances. She enjoys helping people develop a financial plan that fits their needs to help them reach their goals. In her spare time, she enjoys dining at international restaurants and traveling.
