WSU Shuttle System

The WSU Shuttle System is free service to students, faculty, staff and visitors to WSU. It is provided as an alternative to parking on the WSU main campus. There are three shuttle routes available: The Metroplex Route, the Campus Route and the Innovation Campus Route.


Metroplex Route

M-Th, 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m.;  F, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Metroplex Route has four shuttle buses making 30-minute loops from the parking lot of WSU's Hughes Metropolitan Complex at 29th Street and Oliver to the main campus. 

The shuttle buses stop at each of the pick-up locations every eight to 10 minutes*.  The first bus will leave the Tall Oaks apartment complex on Oliver at 7:30 a.m. The last bus each night will leave the Hubbard Hall stop at approximately 9:50 p.m. and arrive at the Metropolitan Complex at approximately 10 p.m.

*Shuttle frequency on the Metroplex Route decreases after 6 p.m. Consult the WSU Shuttle Tracker app to pinpoint shuttle locations and estimate arrival times.


Campus Route

M-Th, 7:30 a.m.-10 p.m.;  F, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Campus Route has two shuttle buses making a 30-minute loop of campus begining at the Fairmount Towers housing facility just northwest of the main campus.

A shuttle stops at each of the pick-up location every 15 minutes. The bus begins its run from Fairmount Towers at 7:30 a.m. and starts its last full circuit of campus sometime between 9:50-10 p.m. 

On Wednesdays and Fridays, one of the Campus Route shuttles will extend its route to include the Walmart at 29th and Rock Road. Service to Walmart will begin when it is requested by a passenger. The last bus will leave Walmart at 8:30 p.m. and return to cmapus by 9 p.m.

Innovation Route

M-F, 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m.

The Innovation Route has one shuttle bus making 30-minute loops begining at the Innovation Boulevard stop, just east of the Experiential Engineering Building.

The shuttle on this route stops at each pick-up location every 30 minutes. The bus begins its run from Innovation Boulevard at 7:30 a.m. and starts its last full circuit of campus sometime between 5:30-6 p.m.

NOTE: Buses on both routes only run on weekdays when classes are in session. No buses will run on weekends, holidays, when the university is closed for inclement weather or during summer classes.
