Work Orders

A work order is a request to have Physical Plant perform maintenance work for your department.
Simply call 3444 and tell the operator that you would like to turn in a work order, or, use our handy Internet Work Order Form below.  When you call in, the operator will ask for your name, building, room number, and then ask what the nature of the work will be. 

 

** Please do not use the Internet Service to turn in emergency work orders**
