This year's conference brings together leaders in innovation, creative and practical ideas and platforms for discussion on changing organizational culture to one of innovation.
New and changing demands--technology, changing demographics, new economic pressures--require governments to think differently about how they develop regulations, policies and services. Traditional approaches alone are no longer adequate in the face of competing needs and increased demand for services. Innovation in internal processes, policy design and implementation, service delivery and regulatory approaches will be critical if government is to successfully deliver services and meet budgets.
