Assalam-o-Alaikum and Welcome to the Pakistani Student Association (PSA) at Wichita State University.
PSA is a student run organization committed to expand its horizons by engaging in active participation in the Pakistani Community. In this regard, acquiring the support of our community is of fundamental importance for us. PSA intends to diversify its membership by reaching out to the Pakistani community and familiarizing them with the organization and its goals and objectives. At Wichita State University, PSA provides peer counseling and advising to Pakistani students. PSA plans and coordinates social and cultural activities with organizations that express interest in working and collaborating with PSA. We also arrange special functions to commemorate various Pakistani events.
The mission of PSA is to provide an outlet through which students and faculty on campus can come together to help raise awareness about Pakistan and promote its rich cultural heritage. By hosting various events throughout the year, we aim at reaching out to different parts of the campus community to increase social interactions between both students and faculty members. Welcoming new students, making them feel at home and part of the Pakistani culture is one of our primary goals. In this way we aim to expand our organization and foster unity and pride amongst the Pakistani students.
We encourage you to keep visiting our webpage for further updates and feel free to send us your suggestions and comments.GIF Image
