STUDENT CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Submit an Incident or Concern:

If you wish to report an alleged violation of University policy (e.g. Student Code of Conduct, Housing & Residence Life Handbook, etc.), please complete the Incident Submission Form.  These reports are routed to the Assistant Vice President Student Advocacy, Intervention & Accountability and Deputy Title IX Coordinator.

If you wish to report concerns regarding a member of our community (student, employee, or guest) who is exhibiting signs of distress, is disruptive, or is potentially dangerous, please complete the Concerning Behavior Submission Form.  These reports are routed to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Care Team (formerly University Behavior Intervention Team UBIT).
