Larry Ramos earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Kansas State University and a Master of Liberal Studies from Wichita State University. He is responsible for supervising all aspects of the program including grant funding, budgeting, supervising personnel, and annual performance reports for the staff and program . He serves as a liaison between the program, the university, Wichita Community, USD 259, Kanas Department of Education and the U.S. Department of Education.
Middle School Director

Stephanie Haynes has a bachelor's degree in communications and a master's in public communications, both from Wichita State. She has been with TRIO Talent Search since 2000. As the middle school director, she works with 300 students throughout USD 259. In her current role, she provides the skills and tools necessary for students to succeed in middle school. Haynes also coordinates our highly successful Summer Enrichment Program for middle school students held each year on the WSU main campus. She serves Brooks Technology and Arts, Jardine STEM and Career Explorations, and Mayberry Cultural and Fine Arts Magnet middle schools.

Mani Souriya is a TRIO alumna, originally from Laos. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a Master of Education in counseling, both from Wichita State. She joined TRIO Talent Search in 2005. Mani organizes all of the program's campus visits, database and student information, evaluations of services and activities.

Myron Richard graduated from Wichita State with a bachelor's degree in general studies with an emphasis in criminal justice and ethnic studies. He has been with Talent Search since 2006. Myron coordinates the program's career and mentoring activities and works with students at West High School and Hamilton Middle School.
Miguel A. Sabas

Miguel Sabas is originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wichita State University with an emphasis in international business. He has been with the program since 2014 and works with students at North High School and Pleasant Valley Middle School. He coordinates financial literacy activities for the program and provides advice and college preparation for Spanish-speaking students and parents.
Sharon K. Robertson

Sharon Robertson is a TRIO alumna who earned her associate's degree from Wichita State University and is currently pursuing a general studies degree with a primary emphasis on psychology and allied emphasis in creative writing and women's studies. She has been with the program since 2014. In her role, she assists with timekeeping, payroll, monitoring expenditures, managing the website and editing the program newsletter.
