How to request technical help

Different issues are taken care of in different ways. Here is a list of some issues, and who to  contact/what to do when issues arise. Contacting OneStop for technical issues not related to Blackboard will delay service.

The Tech Help ticketing system is being replaced with a new system called TeamDynamix for:
• Information Technology Services
• Financial Operations

The Tech Help is currently the primary service request ticketing system for the following departments:
• Ablah Library
• College of Health Profession
• College of Education
• Financial Aid
• College of Engineering (EECS, ME, AE, and Bioengineering).

What to do

Hardware/software issues with university owned PC's, Macs, laptops, printers, etc. Make a ticket for Desktop Support. Contact the HelpDesk to create one for you, or create a ticket yourself.
