How to request technical help

Different issues are taken care of in different ways.  Here is a list of some kinds of issues and who to  contact/what to do when issues arise.  Contacting OneStop for technical issues not related to Blackboard will delay service

To create a ticket: Go to http://techhelp.wichita.edu.  Login with your myWSU ID and password.  For questions directed to the HelpDesk select "HelpDesk Question" as the request type  For repair of computers/printers select "Service request" then select the area in which you work.  If your area isn't listed, select "ITS Desktop Support".

Hardware/software issues with university owned PC's, Macs, laptops, printers, etc. Make a ticket for desktop support. Contact the HelpDesk to create one for you or create a ticket yourself.
