Different issues are taken care of in different ways. Here is a list of some issues, and who to contact/what to do when issues arise. Contacting OneStop for technical issues not related to Blackboard will delay service
To create a ticket: Go to http://techhelp.wichita.edu. Login with your myWSU ID and password. For questions directed to the HelpDesk select "HelpDesk Question" as the request type. For repair of computers/printers select "Service request", then select the area in which you work. If your area isn't listed, select "ITS Desktop Support".
What to do
