You are not alone. You matter.
If you have thought of hurting yourself, help is available. With help, you can find hope again.
Ways to help yourself:
Find a therapist or support group - talking to someone can help you work through your feelings and improve your overall mental health. Wichita State University offers counseling services to students, faculty and staff at a reduced rate. First visit is free. The number is 978-3440.
Create a safety plan - having a plan in place that can help guide you through difficult moments can make a difference and keep you safe. A counselor can help you create this safety plan.
