This course is offered in conjunction with the astronomy telecourse version of Introduction to Modern Astronomy. Students enrolled in Astronomy for Educators will complete all assignments and take all quizzes and examinations of the telecourse, in addition to completing activities related to teaching astronomy, see the telecourse syllabus for details.
All students enrolled in Astronomy for Educators must be in-service or pre-service school teachers. Credit is not given for both Introduction to Modern Astronomy and Astronomy for Educators.
