To better serve our clients, including students, faculty and staff, we have developed this site to keep you apprised of significant events occurring from this office.

We are located on the 2nd floor of Jardine Hall, which is between Alumni Drive and Isley Lane, to the west of the Rhatigan Student Center.

This office employs approximately 42 employees.

As you enter the second floor of Jardine Hall from the central staircase, there are three main areas for the office. To the immediate right of the staircase are three of the Accounts Receivable windows. The door to the left of these windows is the main office entrance for the majority of our operations including Travel, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Property Control and other key functions.

To the left of the main office door are four Accounts Receivable windows. Staff at these windows  accept departmental and service fund deposits, receive payments of traffic fines, housing charges, and other fines and fees. The next door, to the left, is our Payroll department.
