Academics. Each chapter recognizes that academic success is necessary to your future.
Chapters provide assistance and support in helping you achieve your academic goals.
Social. Being able to meet and interact with other people in a variety of social settings is an
important personal attribute. Through a wide range of social programs and events, each
chapter will offer you a setting in which to practice and refine your social skills.
Job Networking. Chapter alumni are available to assist you with career counseling, career
placement, and summer jobs.
Interpersonal Skills. Being able to meet, interact, and get along with people from different backgrounds, life-styles, and cultures are necessary tools for future success. Each chapter will teach you the interpersonal skills necessary to become successful.
Educational Programs on Social Issues. Through your membership in a chapter, you will be presented with educational programming emphasizing responsible actions and knowledge on such topics as alcohol, health and other social concerns.
Chapter Education. Each chapter will provide a four-year continual learning experience, focusing on nterpersonal skills, communication, leadership, etc.
Community Service. Our chapters will challenge you to become an active member of your community through activities and projects which benefit the less privileged or enhance community spirit.
Athletics. Chapters will provide you with the opportunity to participate on intramural teams that compete in a wide variety of sports at many skill levels.
Leadership Classes. Members of Greek chapters have the opportunity to register for leadership classes and seminars that teach you additional life skills and management techniques. The seminars are taught by alumni and campus professionals.
National and Regional Leadership Conferences. As a chapter member you will have the opportunity to take advantage of leadership conferences that focus on all aspects of leadership training and development. At these conferences, you will meet hundreds of other members from across North America or from your arch-rival campus.
Recognition and Rewards. Chapters will provide opportunities for you and your chapter's programs to receive recognition for outstanding contributions and achievements.
