Student Organizations can now submit their recognition documents on-line. The deadline to
submit a student organization Application for Recognition is midnight September 15 th. Please
remember the following items:
Step 1: Using your MyWSU login, select your RSO from the drop down menu, if your organization was recognized in the 05-06 academic year, and if you were the Chief Officer of record.
Step 2: If you were not an RSO during the 05-06 academic year, see the New RSO guidelines.
Step 3: Using Excel, have a membership roster ready to complete the documentation. You will be asked to upload a roster. CLICK HERE(.xls) for a membership roster template.
Step 4: Select a RSO Orientation date from the drop down menu. Every RSO must attend one session.
Step 5: Read and acknowledge all policies relevant to a RSO. These are located within the on-line system.
Step 6: Submit registration.
Now you're ready to begin your registration process! Click on the link below to enter the registration system.
