C-3 committee meeting

Minutes

 

C-3 committee met Febr= uary 22 at 10:30 a.m. in the LAS boardroom.

 

Attending:  Linda Bakken, Mary Koehn, Nancy Deyoe, Ken Miller, Jim Wolf, Ron Christ, Ed Sawan, and Sharon Iorio, chair. 

 

The committee reviewed= the proposed HLC self-study questionnaire (that had been sent to them earlier v= ia e-mail) that will soon go to all WSU chairs and directors titled as “= The Criterion Survey.”   The committee agreed with the review of the Steering Committee chairs that questions 43 and 44 submitted by the Criterion Three committee were redunda= nt with 45 and approved withdrawing 43, and 44 from the questionnaire.  However, the committee agreed the = final open ended questions (although broad as suggested by the Steering Committee chairs) needed to be included in the questionnaire and stated the desire of= the committee was to reinsert the question.

The committee agreed to the suggestion of the chair to hold Wednesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 open for future meetings, but not plan to meet again until t= he survey results were available for review.&= nbsp; This was anticipated to be some time after March 25.  


The committee adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
