Office of Cooperative Education and Work-Based Learning invite you to take a look at the following opportunities. Since deciding on a career is no easy task, your involvement in one or all of these programs will help you prepare for life after graduation.
Cooperative Educationis an academic program that allows students to connect classroom learning with the world of work. Co-op expands learning experiences through paid employment in a supervised, educational work setting related to the student's major field of study or career focus.
Internshipsrelate to a student's major and offer a variety of paid and unpaid positions. Internships are pre-defined in length by the employer, often lasting only one semester or for the summer.
Career Network Experienceis a mentoring program that pairs you with a community professional working in your chosen career. From this experience, you have a chance to gain insight into a career through the eyes of a professional.
