The Center operates the Lake Afton Public Observatory, runs the Kansas Science Olympiad, hosts the Kansas Academy of Science's Kansas Junior Academy of Science and coordinates the JASON Project in Kansas. In addition, the Center was proud to have been responsible for the organization of the National Science Science Olympiad Tournament which was hosted by Wichita State in May, 2007.

(Note: you must be a student at Wichita State University to be considered for this position and you must have your own reliable transportation since the Observatory is 25 miles from campus.) |
