The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is administered through the Educational Testing Service located in Princeton, New Jersey. Applicants wishing to have TOEFL scores sent to Wichita State University should use the WSU Institutional code of 6884.

English proficiency is certified through the submission of official and acceptable scores of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam.  It is the policy of the Graduate School to admit only those applicants who have obtained a minimum score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test). The following programs require a score higher than the minimum score.
