17.02 / General Books and Merchandise Returns
Refunds will be allowed only when accompanied with a University
Bookstore
cash register receipt. General books (non-required class
materials),
school and office supplies, and clothing and gift items, may be
returned
up to ten days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be
in absolutely new condition. Exchanges are allowed with a cash
register
receipt. Computers, hardware and software, and items labeled "not
returnable if opened" may not be returned. Defective merchandise
may be returned for exchange.
