The equal opportunity responsibilities of the University for unclassified professional appointments shall be exercised by the Director of Equal Opportunity in coordination with the vice presidents. These responsibilities shall include monitoring employment activity (e.g., appointment process and review of salary recommendations) for the purpose of insuring compliance with federal and state statutes and regulations.
