TITLE PAGE

 Place the title of your paper approximately four centimeters from the top of the first page and center it horizontally. The title should clearly describe your paper's content as briefly as possible. Remember, the titles of published papers are now placed in computer files. Put the important words in the title.

Place your name and address approximately 7 cm from the bottom of the page. For a single author, use three lines with your name on the first line, the name of your school on the second line and your city, and state on the third line. Do not abbreviate. For multiple authors, put all names on first line, the name of your school on the second line and your city, and state on the third line.
