Delmar Kincaid, the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the management of the entire company. In this case, the CEO was one of the founders of the company in 1969. Since then, the company has grown to over 45 employees.

Their Guiding Philosophy is very important to all the people at Kincaid. "We are a people-oriented company. We value long-term positive relationships with our customers, suppliers, and employees.
