Engineers

The engineers perform several functions at Kincaid Equipment Manufacturing. They help to design new products. This means they apply their mathematics and science skills to determining the appropriate strength and size of the material used in fabricating parts.

Their engineers also help to solve problems. The problems may be from the fabrication or assemly areas of the shop or may be given to them by customers experiencing difficulty with a delivered product.

The design that the engineer produces is then provided to the draftsperson.
