The lifetimes of stars are measured in millions and billions of years.
While we cannot study one star through its entire life we can see objects
in our sky that are actually stars at different stages of their lives.
During this program, students look at a stellar birth place, a group of
middle ages stars, and the remnant of a dead star. As they look through
the telescope, Observatory staff members discuss the role each plays in the
story of stellar evolution.
