• Institute for Real Estate Management - A professional association of property managers.  IREM publishes information on rents, occupancy rates, and expenses that can be invaluable when conducting market research.  

• Building Owners and Managers Association - BOMA's Experience Exchange Reports are another good source of information on current market conditions.  

• Urban Land Institute - A professional association of developers and land-use professionals.  This site contains excellent reference information.  Unfortunately, much of it is available only to ULI members.  Their books may be purchased by anyone, however.
